First Look at Baby Potter #3

So, this is not a great picture, but it makes it all seem more real to me! Baby #3 is doing great. Heart rate is good and all looks well so far. He/She was moving around and looks like a
"jumping bean" at this stage of pregnancy.
My due date is December 8th. I do not pay much attention to my due dates because I also go past them and have to be induced...we'll see if this one turns out the same. I have been REALLY nauseous and REALLY tired, but it all helps when I get to see Baby and confirm that everything is going well!
Ta-Ta for now-

Fishing Tales

We went fishing for Tarver's 4th birthday on Sunday afternoon. We all had a great time! The kids were so excited to make their big catches of the day! The park was beautiful and it was sunny and warm. The kids caught 3 fish each. The lake is stocked with Trout, not my favorite fish for eating, but it was fun catching them. Mac and Alec also caught a couple salamanders. It was a great way to celebrate Tarver's birthday! Enjoy the pictures and short videos.

In Full Swing...

Baseball season is in full swing. The schedule is a bit overwhelming at times. Mac made the minors team this year. He and his friend, Colby are the only 2nd graders on the team. The other boys are 3rd and 4th graders. They practice 3 - 4 times a week and average 2 games a week as well!! It is a lot, I think for such young kids. But, we are getting a long somehow.
I think I am struggling with it simply because all I want to do is SLEEP at the moment. Keeping up with the kids' school schedules, swimming lessons, art lessons, piano lessons and baseball are just about to do me in...I know I will feel better soon, but this baby's presence is most definitely known! I keep thinking, "How am I going to keep up with all these things with a new baby?"
But, I know I'll figure it all out and will be thrilled about our addition to our family!

Lilly even needs a nap from baseball!

Baby on Board

Most of you now know our very exciting news!
Baby #3 is on it's way for the Potter Family.
We are excited and feel very blessed to be adding to our family.
Approximate due date, according to my calculations, will be early December. (2nd - 7th)
I will be having an ultrasound on the 29th of this month to confirm the date.
The answer to my magnified headaches is the surge of hormones from the pregnancy. Hopefully, as the hormones level off, the headaches will too. I will take the headaches, it will all be worth it in the end!
Oh, and for those of you that have not yet asked- we will not be finding out the gender...we are going to wait it out.
According to a "Due Date Calculator", I am 7 weeks today. A little early to be announcing it, but we are so excited, we just can't keep it a secret!
Will keep you all posted on our progress-

Birthday and Easter Celebration...

Lilly's birthday was a hit. It was a whirlwind of a day, but we all had a good time. Lilly was so excited and hyped for the day to get started. We had all the of the Potter family here and some of my family came too.
The kids were all wound up for the egg hunt, most of them couldn't sit through our meal time! We had to hide eggs inside, it was a soggy Easter Day. I think all they cared about was getting the candy...I was so shocked that Lilly did not throw up at the end of the day. I recall her eating candy, cake and potato chips all day! I should have been paying more attention to Mac because he's the one that got sick from eating too much junk!!

We were missing a few egg hunters, but that just meant more eggs for the one's that were here!

Towards the end of the party/celebration, Mac and Lilly came out with their new shirts on. Can you read them? You will want to look closely or click on the picture to make it bigger......

Happy Easter to all of you!

Lilly Belle is 4!

I can hardly believe that our baby girl is 4 today. Doesn't seem that way...
She is growing like a weed and her personality is blossoming. She is very social and most of the time a joy to be with. (she still has her stubborn moments, but she gets that from her Momma)
Here a few pictures I took of her in the backyard. We are having her party tomorrow after the Easter Bunny comes. She is convinced that the Easter Bunny is coming just for her birthday!
Silly Girl-

PS: Happy Belated Birthday Aunt Myrt! We love you! We also enjoyed those homemade suckers. When I tasted one, it brought back many memories...YUM!

Swim Time

Lilly has started swim lessons. She has always LOVED the water and can actually swim, but needs to definitely practice and learn some techniques. Her swim teacher is very nice and does a lot of fun games in the water with the kids.
My only problem is getting Lilly out of the pool when it is time to go...she WILL NOT get out and it makes me so mad! I tell her and tell her to get out and she just ignores me...today the teacher had to bring her to me. I was fuming....she is a stubborn kiddo at times! Next week I am wearing shorts and will drag her out of the water myself. We'll see how that goes!! LOL...

It's April Fool's...

I got a call this morning that Laurie's water broke at 6 am. I was so excited, but caught myself hesitating because it is April 1st....BUT- her water DID break and Baby Boy Morris is on his way! I talked to her about an hour ago and she was at 5 centimeters. Whoo-hoo, he'll be here soon. I am planning on heading to the hospital in a bit. I just love the excitement that comes with a new baby-
Will keep you all posted and have some pictures of him up by tomorrow!
