Update on Catie Lynn
This morning Catie Lynn under went a 5 hour surgery to remove her kidney and a tumor. She did well and the surgery went well. The tumor was the size of a softball and a half! That's about the size of her whole stomach!!
She will be in the hospital through the weekend most likely and it will take a couple of days for the pathology reports to come in with results/info about the tumor.
Sherry and Jimmy are both holding up well. Please continue to keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.

I'm so glad her surgery went well. The whole situation is just heartbreaking and I cannot imagine what her mom and dad are going through right now. I'll be praying!
I am so happy the surgery is behind her. Is it a Wilms tumor???? So small, so sweet. She is on my prayerlist, and I will add her to our ladies class prayer list.....
The doctors are over 85% sure that it is a Wilms tumor, but are awaiting the pathology results before deciding her full course of treatment. Hopefully the pathology reports will be in tomorrow....
did you know that Brandon Morris had that same kind of tumor? I just found that out. But it was discovered at age 4.
